 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
 3 cups almond milk
 12 oz silken tofu
 ½ cup almond butter
 ¼ cup ground flax seed

Place all ingredients in the blender. Pulse a few times. Blend on high until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
