Berry Blast Smoothie

Berry Blast Smoothie
Yields4 Servings
 2 cups frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
 1 ripe avocado
 3 cups almond, flax, or soy milk
 2 tbsp ground flax seed

Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse to combine. Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides to incorporate all ingredients. Add more liquid if necessary. Pour and enjoy!
