Berry-Coconut Smoothie Bowl

 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
 1 cup frozen mango cubes
 3 cups frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
 2 cups coconut water
 2 tbsp ground flax seed
 2 tbsp hemp seeds

Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse to combine. Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides to incorporate all ingredients. Add more liquid if necessary.

Pour into bowls and top as desired. Some suggested toppings are banana slices, fresh berries, fresh mango, hemp seeds or unsweetened shredded coconut. Enjoy!
