Cinnamon Ginger Hot Cocoa

 2 cups milk (dairy, almond, rice, flax, coconut)
 2 tbsp honey
 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 ¼ tsp ground ginger

Warm milk and honey in a pot over medium heat. Do not boil.

Remove from heat and whisk in the cocoa powder, cinnamon, and ginger, stirring constantly until completely incorporated. Serve warm. Enjoy!
