Dragon Fruit Smoothies

Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Yields4 Servings
 2 dragon fruits, sliced in half and flesh scooped out
 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
 1 cup frozen mango, nectarines, or peaches
 2 cups coconut water or soy/hemp/flax/almond milk
 2 tbsp ground flax seed
 2 tbsp hemp seeds

Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse to combine. Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides to incorporate all ingredients. Add more liquid if necessary. Pour and enjoy!
