
Preheat oven to 300F.
Combine oats, almonds, pecans, salt, and spices in a large bowl. Mix well. In a smaller bowl, combine melted coconut oil (I melt mine in the oven while it is preheating), maple syrup, molasses and vanilla. Pour liquid ingredients over dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Spread mixture out on two large baking sheets lined with silicone liners or greased with coconut oil. Bake at 300F for about 36 minutes, stirring and rotating pans every 12 minutes, or until granola is toasted and golden. Enjoy!
