 1 ½ cups rolled oats
 ¾ cup any nut or seed butter of your choice
  cup honey
 ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Additions:
 ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
 ¼ cup chia seeds
 ¼ cup ground flax seeds
 ¼ cup hemp seeds

Stir together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Taking about one tablespoon at a time, form the dough into 24 bite-sized balls and refrigerate for about an hour. Enjoy!
