Homemade Hummus

 4 cups cooked chickpeas
 ½ cup fresh lemon juice
 ½ cup tahini
 3 garlic cloves, peeled
 ¼ cup olive oil
 1 tbsp fresh herbs (optional)
 salt and pepper, to taste

Place chickpeas through garlic in food processor and mix until smooth. Drizzle in oil while motor is running. Add fresh herbs (if desired) and season to taste with salt and pepper and mix until combined. Enjoy!
