
3 large bunches kale, tough stems removed and leaves torn into bite-size pieces
3 red bell peppers, seeds and stem removed
3 garlic cloves, peeled
3 tsp fine sea salt
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

Place kale in a large bowl. Place remaining ingredients in a blender and process until it turns into a smooth sauce. Pour sauce over kale and toss.

Spread on dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 100°F for 20 hours. Enjoy!
