
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions and garlic for 3 minutes. Add spices all at once and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add kohlrabi and potatoes and stir to combine. Add tomatoes, water, salt, and honey and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until potatoes and kohlrabi are crisp-tender. Stir in kohlrabi greens and simmer for another 6-8 minutes. Stir in peas and cook until heated through. Serve over brown rice. Enjoy!
