
Preheat oven to 325F. Prepare greased muffin tins.
Mix dry ingredients (flour through salt) together in a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Mix wet ingredients (egg through vanilla) in a separate bowl and whisk to combine. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir to combine. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
