
2 cups fresh greens (like spinach or kale)
1 ½ cups cucumber, peeled and chopped
15 oz canned pineapple, undrained
10 oz frozen mango cubes
2 limes, juiced
2 tbsp ground flax seed
2 tbsp hemp seeds

Add all ingredients to blender. Pulse a few times. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until completely smooth. Enjoy!
