Radish Dip

radish dip

 1 ½ cups radishes, julienned (about 15 French breakfast radishes)
 1 cup sour cream
 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 oz)
 1 lemon, zested and juiced
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ cup chives, chopped
 chive blossoms and radish flowers for garnish (optional)

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Adjust salt to taste. Garnish with chive blossoms and radish "flowers". Serve with crackers and fresh veggies. Enjoy!
