Saffron Milk Tea

Saffron Milk Tea

 1 cup water
 4 cardamom pods
 10 saffron threads
 1 tbsp loose roobois tea
 1 ½ cups raw milk or coconut milk
 2 tsp honey

Place the water and cardamom pods in a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer pods for 5 minutes.

Turn off heat and add the saffron and roobois tea. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.

Stir in milk and honey. Heat over medium heat until warm, but not boiling. Strain and serve. Enjoy!
