
½ cup raw walnuts
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
½ cup raw cashews
½ cup raw almonds
2 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper, or to taste
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp fine ground sea salt

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Use a fork to stir completely. Spread mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once, until nuts are lightly toasted. Enjoy!
