Whole Wheat Drop Biscuits

 2 cups whole wheat flour
 1 tbsp baking powder
 1 tsp salt
 ¾ cup milk (dairy, rice, flax)
 ¼ cup applesauce
 1 tbsp honey

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine the milk, applesauce, and honey. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Drop batter by heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until biscuits are browned on top. Enjoy!
